Can I upload a letter with multiple pages?
Yes. You can select or photograph multiple pages and submit them together as one letter for analysis.
Why could my letter not be analyzed?
Please make sure the image is clear, the entire page is visible, the text is readable, and your internet connection is working. Avoid shadows, glare, blurred text, or cropped sections.
Does the App provide professional advice?
No. The App provides AI-generated language assistance and general information only. It does not provide legal, medical, immigration, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify important information with the original organization or a qualified professional.
Do you save my uploaded letters?
Our backend does not save uploaded letter images or AI analysis results in a database or permanent file storage. Images are transmitted to OpenAI for processing. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
Do I need to create an account?
No. The App does not require account registration.
Where is my analysis history stored?
If you save an analysis to your history, it is stored locally on your device and is not synchronized to our servers.
How can I remove my saved history?
You can remove saved items using the history controls available in the App. Deleting the App from your device will also remove locally stored App data.
How do I report a problem?
Email us with a description of the issue, your device model, operating system version, and App version. Please do not email sensitive letter images unless they are necessary to investigate the problem.
